I am currently an Associate Professor of Analytics & Operations Management in the Department of Management & Marketing at the AACSB-accredited College of Business & Industry, Jacksonville State University (my official university profile is available here). My research lies at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Information Systems, and Operations Management. Broadly, I investigate how organizations can transform complex data into actionable insights that improve decision making, operational performance, and resource utilization. My current research focuses on AI-enabled decision support, healthcare analytics and operations, network analytics, and digital platforms, with applications in healthcare, transportation, education, and other service systems.

My work has been published in INFORMS Journal on Computing, Decision Support Systems, Information Systems Frontiers, Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association, International Journal of Logistics Management, and Networks, among others. I received my Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Oklahoma State University under the guidance of Dr. Baski Balasundaram. Prior to joining Jacksonville State University, I served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Business Analytics in the Department of Analytics and Operations Management at Bucknell University.
